Sundowners
Sundowners saw me on the helm, Eliot trimming and Tracey tapping her foot to the cockpit speakers. One of those evenings that will stay with us forever and Eliot can take with him on his travels down under.

Perfect sail
Our last sail with Eliot was from the Berry Islands to Freeport and it was perfect. Particularly as the sun went down for we had the spinnaker up and a lovely sunset.

Windward!!
Its funny to think that despite nearly 7,000NM under our belt we really haven't done a great deal of windward sailing and so it was with some excitement that we set off from Spanish Wells for the Berry Islands. I wanted to play around a bit with the set up and get to know 'Pearls' quirks on the wind. Down went the center board and off she romped without a care in the world. Easy, powerful and as you can see from the pictures a comfortable motion.

Spanish Wells is an affluent island thanks to the Lobster industry. It is a happy, clean, safe and welcoming community that takes great pride in its town. Its so small that it is quaint with transport being golf buggies. This is a picture from a buggy as we rattle down one of the streets
